| Born and raised in the idyllic milieu of Lockport, NY, Kevin eventually left the family nest to earn a BA in Psychology at Wake Forest University (NC). Upon returning to WNY, Kevin began his long career in video production and the design of educational programs. Along this journey, he earned his Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation in Instructional Communications from the UB Graduate School of Education and practiced his trade in a variety of positions, including: Director of Biomedical Communications at the Erie County Medical Center, Manager of Design and Evaluation in the Corporate Training Department at Goldome (a bank), Instructor in Educational Psychology at Buffalo State College, and producer of instructional video programs for the Schools of Medicine and Health Related Professions at the University of Buffalo. |

| As a Partner at Full Circle Studios, Kevin’s primary role is to contribute to the design and development of engaging and effective programs for education and training applications. |
|
| Kevin is an active member and Past President of the Niagara Frontier Chapter of ASTD (the American Society for Training & Development, the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals). Kevin is currently President of the Buffalo Sunrise Rotary Club. |
